The October 2017 edition of Park Acoustics is the second last for the year. We spoke to the eclectic Georgetown ahead of the event, which happens on Sunday, 29 October.

You’ll be performing at the October instalment of Park Acoustics. What can fans expect from your set?
We’re busy recording the full-length album which we will release early 2018 titled The Dog Show so fans can expect a whole lotta songs from the new album! Some of which we will be performing for the first time EVER!

This is not your first set at Park Acoustics. How have you experienced previous events?
It’s probably our favorite mini festival to play at, each time we’re there the crowd exceeds our expectations! It’s just a proper ho’ down!

Your performance schedule has been quite full this year. Any memorable performances you’d like to share?
We just played at the iconic Radium Beer Hall! What a vibe!

Do you have a favorite venue to play at?

We really enjoy playing at Thirst and The Craft Exchange, it’s on home soil, great people and beer! There is also a place called “Nice to Meat you” which has a proper Saloon vibe! But we’ll keep that gem for ourselves!

How does the band usually prepare for live shows?
One last smoke, boys.

Which artists inspire your music?
There is a broad spectrum of inspirations, ranging from The Rolling Stones to Chris Stapleton. Overall, any music coming from true and honest place seems to grab our attention.
